I recently went through a training on the new Ask Jeeves paid search interface. For those of you who don’t know, Ask Jeeves used to serve the ads for their top paid search listings through Double Click as straight CPC ads (no auction). It was awful - really painful. Ask has recently relaunched their paid search program as an auction style by white labelling the Looksmart ppc system & interface.

Atlas just released a study highlighting the need to think about times of days for conversions. Their study shows lunchtime and evenings as the best time for buying online and points out that it that the time could be worth up to 35% more in CPM. Starting up this blog has been a lot more work than I thought it would be. There are lots of resources for researching blogs and now there are lots of options. Blogs are in that crazy early growth stage that is a lot of fun. Lots of new features, software providers, people writing about it (like me), people reading about it (like you) and press coverage. If you want to publish a blog, good for you. Figure out why you want to do it and how you want it to be. I had some specific things in mind (some would call it requirements - ugh) like:
1) I wanted it to be hosted on the branddigital.net domain
